Custom themed first birthday sessions and milestone portraits

Milestones and first birthdays come in a blink of an eye. Let me capture them with a session that is completely planned for you. You just show up for the fun.

FIRST BIRTHDAY CAKE SMASH (about 1 to 1.5 hours)
- Studio portraits before the cake smash
- A completely custom theme and look, designed with you
- Backdrop, decor, balloons, and a custom cake, all provided
- Access to my client closet for boys and girls, so you only bring your birthday baby

Some favorite themes: Wild One, Under the ONEder Sea, First Rodeo, Groovy One, Sail Away, Beary Cute, Garden, Purple Fairy, and Pumpkin Princess. Have your own idea? We can design it together.

SITTER SESSION (about 6 to 9 months)
At this stage they are laughing, starting to sit on their own, and trying to crawl away. This session includes several baby-only poses and setups.

WHEN TO BOOK
Book your cake smash about 2 months before the birthday, so we have time to plan your theme and cake. Most families schedule the session about a month before the birthday, so there's time to view your gallery before the big day or party. Dates fill quickly, since I take a limited number of sessions each month.

INVESTMENT
Your session fee of $250 reserves your date and includes your custom design, cake, and wardrobe. Collections start at $1,200, plus your session fee. See the Investment page for details.
